Nuffic is inviting proposals for the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) to facilitate the emergence of a community regional practice in the field of SDSR.
The call also aims to strengthen collaborative capacities, exchange and learning in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in the sub-region, in accordance with the third axis of the Nuffic regional approach in the Sahel.
Objectives
The topics discussed in this community are related to the topic of Sexual Health and Rights and Reproductive in general. The topics developed are those that influence the implementation of this theme in the sub-region such as: the socio-cultural norms that contribute to the fragile position of women and mothers, lack of knowledge and expertise in SRHR and lack of access to (quality) health care for groups vulnerable such as young people and adolescents; community resilience; Health mental and psychosocial assistance; communication techniques and approaches specific for young people and adolescents: the role of men and opinion leaders.
The lead beneficiary organization and leader of the community of practice must be preferably based in Niger, Mali or Burkina Faso. If no organization is available or cannot be found in one of these three countries, a partnership with an organization of the Benin as the lead beneficiary organization is possible.

Eligibility Criteria
The following are eligible as principal applicant for the grant (i) Dutch institutions secondary and / or higher vocational and academic education or (ii) other types of Dutch organizations able to provide training and also contribute strengthening of priority themes in countries on the Country List are eligible for grants for OKP group training. These institutions must carry out the training themselves; intermediary organizations are not eligible. The institutions must have sufficient financial and organizational capacity to conduct training. They can prove it by means of a CECO which is judged positive by Nuffic. Organizations must also demonstrate their experience in providing the desired training.
