The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), invites eligible entities for its Health Information Systems Strengthening for Improved Public Health Care and Program Management in Haiti under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
The purpose of this NOFO is to improve health outcomes in Haiti by developing a Patient Centered, Integrated HIS focused-on continuity and quality of care while supporting public health surveillance and response mechanisms.
