Bowen Island Community Foundation's Neighbourhood Small Grants Program

In partnership with the Vancouver Foundation and Bowen Island Municipality, the Bowen Island Community Foundation launch the Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) Program.

The goal of NSG is to build connections between neighbours, stimulate creativity, encourage local solutions, and engage people from all backgrounds and circumstances in the life of their community.

This new program funds small-scale projects up to $500 that reduce social isolation. R-NSG projects will adhere to physical distancing guidelines in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic and invite individuals to dream up creative projects that address the following areas: tackle and address social isolation; build community strength and resilience; and foster community creativity and wellbeing.
