Territorial & Sectoral Priorities
- Sharing Slovak Expertise is a Slovak Official Development Aid (ODA) tool. Its primary objective is to offer and share expertise, experience and recommendations of Slovak experts on successful governance reforms and good practice in various areas where the Slovak Republic has recognized comparative advantages
- SSE aims to support partner countries on their way to the EU and NATO integration, based on the Slovak experience of continual reforms to make public administration, public finances and state services more efficient, to increase prosperity and civic participation.
- SSE offers an opportunity to share experience of experts from various specialized institutions of the Slovak Republic, including the non-governmental sector, the academic and/or medical community. Countries of the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership of the EU where the Slovak Republic has its Embassy continue to be the territorial priorities.
- In this context, projects should focus on topics with real impact and added value. Projects should be linked to ongoing or already implemented Slovak ODA projects to ensure continuity or "opening the door" to new development projects.
