The Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) is inviting applications for its Edna E. Harrell Community Children’s Fund to support programs for youth whose families do not have the financial resources for children's programs and activities.

This fund should help broaden life experience for children by supporting programs that provide enrichment activities such as summer camps, after-school programs, arts programs, church programs, athletic programs, and activities provided by schools to residents of Baker County and North Powder.

Eligibility Criteria

• Programs that provide enrichment activities such as summer camps, after-school programs, arts programs, church programs, athletic programs and activities.
• Activities must take place in Baker County and North Powder.
• Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations with 501(c)3 status, churches and schools.
