Award Information
The maximum award request that will be considered is £1,000.
Fund Criteria
- The award welcomes applications from locally managed community groups based in any of the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.
- For this round, they specifically want to fund groups whose activities have been disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and who haven’t been able to interact with and provide positive things for people in their community, as they normally would.
What can Applicants apply for?
- You can apply for what you need to allow your group to get back up and running and connecting with the people in your community.
- Local groups understand how they can best help their communities at this time, so they don’t want to limit the type of request you can make. You just need to know what you want to do and what positive things your activity will provide for your community.
Eligibility Criteria
- Forever Manchester Awards aims to support grassroots community organisations. This means small, community-based and locally controlled groups that manage themselves, encourage people to get involved as volunteers and who just need a bit of financial help to be able to work with their community in the way they’d like.
- Applicants must be based in one of the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester and have an annual income of less than £25,000.
