Common Service Centre Scheme: Event and Training Session
Trust Cradle in collaboration with United Nations and United Nation Information Centre
has proposed to encourage employment among youth with disabilities and establish
100 Common Service Centres in
“70 Blocks” of Delhi.
On the grounds of last successful event of Introducing and
Providing Training to Persons with Disabilities about the CSC Scheme; Trust Cradle had
organized another event to further establish the knowledge of People with Disabilities
in opening up a Common Service Centre.

Objectives of the Event
- To provide complete professional training of starting up a Common Service
Centre.
- Introduction to TEC training and certification process.
- Providing basic information about the resource material and assessment
procedure.
- Registration for Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC).
- Motivation for promoting entrepreneurship among people with disabilities.
The proceedings:
In this session the interested candidates were called- which have been shortlisted on
the basis of their personal interest in the CSC entrepreneurship. With the
continuous effort and endeavours of Trust Cradle the registration fees for
Telecentre Entrepreneur Course has been waived off by the Common Service Centre
Department (Indian Government).
This session included:
- Training and Induction by Professionals from Common Service Centre Department.
- Introduction of Resource Material available on the TEC Website.
- Virtual Presentation of Learning and Assessment Tools to attain the
Certification.
- Registration for TEC Examination.
- Generation of TEC User Id and Password.
We propose the following during the upcoming Session tentatively planned for early
March 2021:
- Registered candidates will be called for TEC Examination at Trust Cradle, Head
Office.
- Guidance by Team- Trust Cradle for clearing the examination.
- Provision of Certificate after the results of examination.
- Followed by generation of CSC Ids.
- Basic fundamental training for establishing a proper Common Service Centre with
all the initial technical and infrastructural requirements.
- Field audit to be conducted of these Centres, to check if any further
development is required.
- Trust Cradle is in talks with Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment to be a
part of the upcoming event and further encourage the youth with disabilities to
participate more in opening up and in running their own Common Service Centres
as successful entrepreneurs.
